Thanks for reaching out! If you have set up multiple pages on your account, you want to ensure the card is assigned to the right one.

1) Press the Products button at the top of your home screen (next to the notification bell)

2) Select your product, and choose pair with a Different Page to assign your card to another page on your account.

If you have a second account with a different set of login information, you will need to:

1) Deactivate the card from the account it is on by going to the Products button>Select your Product>Delete.

2) After it is deactivated, you can sign out and log in to the account you want this product on.

3) Then press the Activate a Product button on your home screen.
