How to Cancel your Subscription

Here is how to cancel your Linq Pro subscription:

  • If you are an Apple User, you can manage your Linq subscription on the Apple Subscriptions page in your phone's settings. We cannot cancel or refund any Apple subscriptions as we do not have access to the information or systems to cancel it.

  • If your subscription was started with our Stripe service, you can cancel your subscription in the app:

    1. Go to the Menu button at the bottom of the app (far right icon).

    2. Click the "Manage" button with the gear wheel.

    3. This will take you to a page where you can click Manage Subscription to cancel or alter your subscription.

    4. We do not offer refunds on our Pro or Pro Plus subscriptions. If you have started a trial and wish to cancel, please make sure you complete this before it renews and charges you. We will not be able to refund this charge.

Here is how you can cancel your Linq for Teams subscription:

  • If you need to cancel your Linq for Teams subscription, you can reach out to [email protected] and a member of Teams Success can facilitate that for you.
