Describes what could be the issue with login troubles.

If you enter your email into the app or website to log in, you will be asked for a code on the next page. This code should be emailed to you from our Linqapp server. If you have a custom domain set up, you may have securities or firewalls that will block our email from getting through. Please ensure you are typing in the email correctly, make sure the email has not gone into the spam folder, and check if it was blocked at the server level by your custom domain.

If you are not able to get logged in via email, try the phone number you used for your account information. As long as it can receive SMS, you should get this code and get logged in.
