Setting up products for someone else would be difficult. Products will need to be set up by the end user usually because they are activated via the NFC chip inside. So the user will need to have it in hand while logged into the app to activate it.

If you receive the product first before giving it to them, and have access to the account and page that you need it activated to, then you can use your phone and app to activate it before handing it over to them. That would be the only way this is possible.
