Snippets are premade follow-up messages that you can save on your Linq app. These will allow you to go into a Linq contact in the app, click the Text or Email button on their contact, choose a snippet, or create a new one, and then it will populate this text in the default corresponding app on your phone. So if you click the text option and choose a snippet, it will open the text app on your phone and automatically paste this premade message in this text field.

Same with Email. You can go to the Menu Tab (bottom right of the navigation bar, click Message Snippets to view your Snippet library and add or edit snippets here to have them ready.
