0:01 : Hi, my name is Brandon and I'm here with Linq Support to help you with our CRM integrations. This is going to be a brief video to go over how to sign in and use this integration.

0:11 : First things first, when you're on your Linq account, you can go to the menu option. You can select advanced integrations.

0:21 : All right, here you'll see that you can request a Zapier key that's used within the Zapier program. If you have a subscription with them, you can create workflows to automatically sync your contacts to a program or a CRM that they also link to.

0:36 : First, we're just going to go over our initial five direct integrations here. We've got Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce.

0:45 : For these demonstration purposes, I'm just going to use Google. We're going to open the window, follow these prompts, sign into our Google account.

0:54 : I just want to provide your email here that is on your Google account. Click Log In. Once you click Sign In, it should take you to the Gmail website where it allows permissions for your link account to access your Gmail account.

1:11 : I've already done that, so it kind of skipped that step. But if you do see it, just click Allow and go through the steps to connect it successfully.

1:18 : Once you have, you can go back to Integrations. and it looks like I have a new window open so I'll close that.

1:24 : Alright, refresh and we should see that integration here at the bottom. You can click in and remove it if you need to adjust things or try a different account.

1:34 : If you want to send a contact, you would go to your contact section. I have created a little test contact for this demo video.

1:41 : All you need to do is click this integration button right here. You would click the account that you want to send it to.

1:50 : All right, once it grays out, you know that will success. Contacts is on its way as what it says. I'm going to refresh and you'll see the grayed out cloud right here as well.

2:00 : We can go over to Google and double check and make sure that that has been sent over. Go into your contacts.

2:07 : And boom, we see it right there. This is our test contact with all the information that I entered. All right, so that shows you how to sign into the integration and how to send the contact to the integration.
