When someone brings up your page, they will see an "Exchange Contact" button at the bottom of the screen. This will allow them to save your contact to their phone. If they have a Linq app and page set up, it will immediately exchange and add each other to your Linq account's Contacts.

Note: Ensure you have the correct information by going to "Edit Contact Info" next to your name at the top of the page. This is the information they will be getting.

There are a couple of options when it comes to getting their information. We don't automatically save their contact when they visit your page. Instead, they must submit their information through one of these two options:

1) One is creating the content on your page called "Lead Form". You will click "Add Content" at the top of your page, click "Leads forms" on this list, and create the fields for information you wish to collect from them. They will see this on your page, and you can position it where you like. They won't be forced to enter anything, but there is a way to make it be the first thing that pops up when your page is pulled up. Click Edit above the Lead Form content tile, and then click the gear wheel symbol at the top to go to advanced settings. You will see Display Mode and after clicking, you will see an option to "Button+Auto-show". If you select this, it will force the Lead Form to pull up automatically when your page is first visited.

2) Another form you can use to ensure they are asked to give information when saving your contact is by clicking the 3 dots at the top of the page. Next, click "Edit Page Settings" and scroll until you see "Contact Form Fields". Here you can create contact fields that will ask the person scanning your product to fill out. Here you can create custom fields to get more specific information to your business. These are the fields it will ask when they save your contact by clicking "Exchange Contact" on your page.

***This is the most successful for making sure you get their information***

Suppose you wish people could give you their information BEFORE downloading your contact. In that case, you can use the "Contact Exchange Preferred" setting. You can find this setting by clicking the 3 dots at the top of your page, clicking "Edit Page Settings", and then you will see it as an option with a toggle. Just turn this toggle on, and your visitors will need to give their information before downloading yours.
