If you are curious as to which extra settings you can utilize to make your page exactly how you like, then this is the article for you. I will explore the Page Settings and explain what each does.

To locate your Page's Settings and go through each option, follow these steps:

1) Go to the Pages tab and view the page you with to view the settings for.

2) Click the 3 dots button at the top.

3) Click Edit Page Settings

You are now on the Page Settings window. I will go through each option and explain what each does.

1) Handle (Linq Page URL) - You can change the handle that is used at the end of your Linq Page's URL. You will see that I have made mine just "brandon" so my Linq page URL is "linqapp.com/brandon".

2) Page is Public - This is how you can change your page from Public to Private. If you Private your page, it will require each visitor (even ones that scan your product or QR code) to request access to view your page. You will get a notification in your Linq app to grant this access. If you don't want an extra step like having to grant access when interacting with a new contact, then you will want to keep your page Public.

3) Hide Powered by Linq Footer - If you want your page to be less Linq branded, we have this option to take away the Powered by Linq footer on your page.

4) Cover Photo / Logo Photo - You can edit and add your cover photo as well as your Logo photo. The Cover photo is located above your profile picture as you can see in the Cover + Profile + Logo Preview on the right. This preview helps you see how it will appear on your page without having to go back to a previous screen.

5) Custom Colors - Create custom colors that you can use on your Links Content tile.

6) Contact Exchange Preferences - All Linq pages have a Save Contact or Exchange Contact button at the bottom of their page. These are the settings to control this button.

  1. Allow Contact Download - Toggle this ON if you want your page to allow people to download your contact information (the information you input in your Edit Contact section under your Profile picture).

  2. Contact Exchange Preference - This will control if visitors are asked for their information before or after downloading yours. If you wish for them to provide their information before downloading yours, toggle this ON. If you don't want them to be asked before downloading yours, then toggle this OFF. With it toggled ON, the button will read Exchange Contact, and OFF it will read Save Contact.

  3. Auto-download Contact Card - With this ON, visitors will immediately see the contact card download automatically (Android and computer), and on iPhone it will display the contact card where they must scroll and click Create a New Contact. After this they hit Done and the contact is saved.

  4. Auto-show Exchange Form - With this ON, visitors will immediately see the contact exchange form display on your page. This will ask for their phone number, email, and name by default. You can edit this on a later setting.

  5. Lock Contact Exchange Button to the Bottom of the Screen - If you have this toggled ON, the Save Contact/Exchange Contact button will be locked to the bottom of the screen. With it OFF, it will relocate to the top of your page under your picture.

  6. Customize Exchange Form - Edit the exchange form that asks for their information. You can add more custom fields or rearrange the order of each field.
