You're able to resize some of the content on a Linq page, but not all. To check, go to the Pages tab to determine if your content is resizable. Click Edit at the top right of the content tile you wish to resize. Here, there should be a Size option if available.

Right now, the sizing available is the Link button, there should be 3 options: Small, Medium, and Large. Click Preview to see what it looks like on your page.
