Under organization settings, there's a few key updates you can make. The first is the show-opting marketing checkbox for new contacts.

For GDPR, industry, or internal compliance, you can make a part of the contact exchange where the person who's giving you their contact information can opt in or out of marketing from your organization.

You'll also see default page follow up message. Whenever you make a new contact, they receive a notification of that new contact exchange happening.

You can craft that message that goes out to those individuals who connect with somebody on your organization. You can also build out organization's snippets where anybody organization can access those message snippets to send them out to anybody that they may contact with.
