Internet is needed to pull up and load the Linq page in the browser of the person tapping/scanning your Linq product or QR code. Linq pages live on the web, so if you interact with people you want to share your page with while not in an internet-friendly area, it won't load the page fully. It will transfer the link and open a tab on their browser. This page could load later when they have internet, but I recommend texting them the URL to your page so they can have it and view it later when they do have internet.

It is an unfortunate limitation, but it's what makes Linq pages not need an app to pull up. They are webpages that get pulled up on the browser, and the person tapping or scanning doesn't need the Linq app.
